What could be more precious than the whole nation is hoping for the bumper Diwali gift and Dhoni and company doing it in style gave a series win to the fans. India defeated NZ in the final ODI at Vishakapatnam yesterday and clinching the series 3-2.

Playing first India has put 269 on the board at the cost of 6 wickets. In the beginning, Indian players seek to struggle with the pitch as it was hard to score. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have managed to brag half centuries scoring 70 and 65 respectively.

When NZ came to bat, Indian spinners were not in the mood of making it easy for the Kiwis. Amit Mishra delivered a magical spell of 5 for 18 which has not let kiwis stand again. In support of Mishra, Axar Patel also took 2 wickets while the debutant Jayant Yadav has also recorded is first ODI wicket.

The wicket was tough to bat as we have seen with the game of openers from both sides. Managing it safely, the chasing team was once 63 for 2 but then they couldn't handle Amit Mishra and other spin attack and have lost 8 of their wickets in the 16 runs only. NZ team was all out on 79 total giving the Indian team a huge 190 runs win in the big final.

Dhoni and company are quite confident now making whitewash in the test series and now clinching ODI series as well. Now next English team will be coming and they should be very well seeing the spin academy India in making as strength against the opponents.
