Amit Shah to address public meeting on two-day visit to Karnataka from today

Bangalore: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be on a two-day visit to Karnataka from today. He will attend both the organization and government programmes. On January 17, the Home Minister will address a public meeting at the JNMC ground in Belagavi tomorrow. Shah will also honour the victorious candidates of the Panchayat elections in Karnataka.

Party sources said, Shah will stay in Shimoga and Bengaluru today. At one o'clock in the afternoon, he will lay the foundation of the Bhadravati Rapid Action Force Centre at Shimoga. He will then flag off ERSS vehicles in Bengaluru at 5 pm. He will then inaugurate the police quarters at the Banquet Hall of the Assembly at 5:30 pm.  Amit Shah will address a meeting of the core group of the BJP's Karnataka unit at hotel Windsor in Bengaluru at 9 pm.

On January 17, Shah will visit Bagalkot and Belagavi. Party sources said that at 11 o'clock in the day, he will inaugurate the Ethanol Project of Kedarnath Sugar and Agro Products Limited at Bagalkot. At 12:45 p.m., he will inaugurate kle hospital's advanced stimulation centre in Belagavi. Shah will address a large public meeting at the JNMC ground in Belagavi at 2.30 pm.
