Lucknow: Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who reached Kairana for the first and second phase of Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, sought BJP votes. Amit, who reached Kairana on Saturday afternoon, distributed pamphlets from door to door. During this, BJP supporters raised slogans of Yogi-Modi and Shah Zindabad along with Jai Shri Ram. The Home Minister, who reached Kairana with supporters amidst drizzling rain, requested the public to make BJP win. During this, he also mentioned the works of the Central and UP government.

Let us inform that on Saturday, Home Minister Amit Shah has started a door-to-door campaign campaign of BJP in Kairana, UP. Home Minister Amit Shah sought votes for Mriganka Singh, daughter of BJP's candidate Hukum Singh from Kairana, for the first and second phase of polling. From the Kairana seat, the late Hukum Singh has reached the assembly several times after contesting on a BJP ticket. This time BJP has given ticket to his daughter.

Amit Shah first reached the Teachers Colony in Kairana, where he also met the families of the people there under the BJP's public relations program. Amit Shah went door-to-door and appealed to the BJP candidate to win amidst the slogans of Jai Shri Ram and Yogi-Modi Zindabad. After this Home Minister Shah Mohalla also reached Sadhu Sweets, a 70-year-old shop located in the dome. Here he met the shop owner Rakesh Garg, who had fled from Kairana with his family in 2014 fearing miscreants and returned to Yogi Raj.
