Lucknow: Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who arrived in Mathura to give an advantage to the BJP's campaign in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, addressed a rally. During this time, he praised CM Yogi Adityanath, while lashing out at Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav. Amit Shah said that in the Yogi government, Bahubali surrendered by putting a strap around his neck. When the govt falls on them, Akhilesh Yadav's stomach starts to hurt.

Amit Shah said that Akhilesh has spread Azam Khan somewhere, somewhere Mukhtar Ansari, don't know how many. Amit Shah said that when action was taken against Azam Khan, there were so many cases against him that sections of CRPC fell short. He said that before the BJP came to power, the people of Uttar Pradesh have seen the governments of the Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samajwadi Party (BSP). When SP came, they used to work for a caste. When the BSP came, it used to work for another caste. No one has ever drawn a map of the development of this region. He said the BJP government is not a party of any one caste but of the entire society.

Attacking the familyism and casteist politics of the SP-BSP, Amit Shah said that casteism, familism and appeasement ruled the state for a long time. The situation is such that even after 5 years of removal from power, Akhilesh Yadav gets a stock of notes. Amit Shah took a dig at the SP chief and said Akhilesh Yadav had to think before talking about law and order.
