Guwahati: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has lashed out at the Congress while addressing an election rally in Majuli, Assam on Monday. Amit Shah has also questioned Congress about the release of Assam from infiltrators. Addressing the election rally, Amit Shah said that in 2016, we had said that we would create a terrorism-free, infiltration-free, insurgency-free, and curfew-free Assam.
He further said that after five years, I am here to present the report card. Sarbananda Ji's government has fulfilled all the promises. The entire opposition, including Rahul Baba, has not been able to accuse our government of a single corruption. Sarbananda Ji has made Assam corruption-free by running a transparent government. Amit Shah further said that tourists from all over the world can come to Kaziranga, but how to come because the infiltrators of Badruddin Ajmal were already conquered the possession.
Amit Shah said that a campaign was launched in the BJP government and within 2 days all the infiltrators were thrown out of Kaziranga. In 5 years, we have done a lot of development work. Even the Chief Minister is from the Majuli constituency, so there is no development left here.
