Guwahati: Home Minister Amit Shah is on a visit to the state in the wake of assembly elections in Assam this year. Home Minister Amit Shah today addressed the BJP's 'Vijay Sankalp Inclusion' rally at Kokrajhar in Assam. He said that Rs 500 crore has been allocated in Assam only for the road network of Bodo locality. He believes that the road network will take all the Bodo area on the path of development and the Bodo area will go ahead on the path of development for years to come.

In Kokrajhar, Amit Shah said, "Just a year ago, the Bodo peace agreement was signed under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the country and with the Bodo peace agreement, the PM gave a message that wherever there is unrest in the North East, discuss and pave the way for peace. I am happy to say that the BTR area peace agreement, which was led by Modiji, has been completed one year today. Your election is also over and a new era of peace has begun. '

While on the Congress, Amit Shah said that the Congress party, which could not bring peace and development in its period, is advising us today. I would like to tell the Congress party that Assam was blood-stained for so many years, what did you do? Whatever was done was done by Narendra Modi's BJP government. Amit Shah said, "Today, there are Bodo and non-Bodo in this historic rally. This is the first rally where both are involved. Both Bodo and non-Bodo are the sons of India."
