On Wednesday, Amitabh Bachchan shared an emotional note after he lost his pet dog. Taking to Instagram, the actor shared a picture of him with his dog which he captioned in Hindi, "Humare ek chhote se dost, kaam ke shan, fir ye bade hote hain aur ek din chhod ke chale jaate hain (the gorgeousness of my little friend at work .. … and then they grow up and then one day leave us .. heartbreaking ! but while they are around they are the life and soul of our life ..!!) followed by emoticon of crying. As soon as it caught the eyes of people they started commenting on it. One user wrote,"Pets are precious as love," Another fan wrote, "And the love they give is the purest version of love."

Speaking about the film, Uunchai stars Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Parineeti Chopra, Neena Gupta, and Sarika in pivotal roles. It has been directed by Sooraj Barjatya under Rajshri Productions. The filmmaker, who is known for directing films such as Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, Hum Saath Saath Hain etc, has returned to the director’s chair after seven years with this film.
