A national award-winning film Pink gives strength to women to say No. The film that deals with the most crucial subject are excellently projected by ace filmmaker Shoojit Sircar has completed its one year today. 

Pink starred Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Angad Bedi in lead roles. In the film, Big B was seen in the role of a lawyer. On the completion of 2 years, Amitabh Bachchan took to Instagram share a picture and captioned it, "Pink 1 year .. the film that gave society a tag line - No means No !!" 

About the film, Big B had earlier said, "Pink stands for women empowerment and hence it is titled the same. Women aren't respected in the society and for the same, they should stand up and fight back. I believe 60% of out country comprises of women." 

In the busy line, the actors are currently busy in shooting for Thugs Of Hindostan, "The action sequence being filmed in Mumbai is elaborate. Both Bachchan and Aamir, are currently preparing for the tough task with the action-director, as both are famous for doing their own stunts. Since the two are known to be perfectionists, the scene is expected to be quite a highlight in this lavish film," said the filmmaker of film.
