Amitabh Bachchan was shooting for Thugs of Hindostan alongside Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif.
Amitabh is currently shooting his upcoming project, brahmastra. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are also a part of the film. The movie is directed by Ayan Mukherji . 
According to Amit Ji, these are people from the new generation and that he is learning from them from all the things that he lacks. 
He had earlier written in his blog :
"Sleep induced, sleep deprived yet alive to be here and leave soon for the preparation for tomorrow... fresh new film, 'Brahmastra'. The entire day was spent battling with the look for the film ..its a tedious job, sticking removing applying de applying and applying again, until some decision is reached,"
He really appreciates that the new generation has a lot to offer to old people. The planning done by the director Ayan really impressed him. 

Comparing it to his time he says that such things and efforts never happened in theirs. 

He really likes to work with the kids as they give him goals about everything and he is extremely impressed with what time can change. 

Amitabh also tweeted a few pictures with Alia and Ranbir. He wrote a beautiful caption with it which read : 
"It begins tomorrow 'Brahmastra' and the prep started today .. Ranbir, Aliaandmoi under the baton of Ayan." 

The movie is the first of the three-part movie and will release on Independence Day, August 15, 2019.
