Ayush Garg from Delhi, a roll-over contestant from Kaun Banega Crorepati 14, introduced the most recent episode. He played the game quickly and made an impression on the host Amitabh Bachchan. He proceeded to answer every question with ease, winning Rs. 75 lakh in the process.

Ayush was the first participant to receive that prize. He left the show with Rs. 75 lakh after failing to correctly respond to the Rs. 1 crore questions. Following Ayush's departure, Big B played the first round with the fastest finger, and after correctly answering every question, Vimal Kambad, an employee of the Gujarat High Court from Ahmedabad, took the hot seat.

When Big B welcomes him to the show, he tells him that he has a large family of between 50 and 60 people, including his cousins, and that everyone will watch the episode together. He adds that he is performing for them. Vimal's sister, who joined the show as his companion, is warmly welcomed by Mr. Bachchan. Mr. Bachchan blushes when Vimal claims that his sister has been complimenting him on how attractive he is.

Big B presents the first question to Vimal after explaining the rules of the game to him for Rs 1,000, and it was: In accordance with the name of a well-known television show, how are the spectacles of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah? There were four choices: Straight, Inverted, Curved, and Tilted. Vimal gives the right response to the query.

The right answer was B) Upside-down

Amitabh Bachchan goes on to share that Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah started in 2008 and has aired more than 3000 episodes.

When Vimal asks Mr. Bachchan if he watches Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah while they are conversing, he replies that he does because it is a well-liked programme. Vimal remarks that watching TMKOC is entertaining after a long day at work.

After responding to a few questions, Vimal shares his job description and describes his typical day at the Gujarat High Court. Vimal cleared the first barrier of Rs 10,000 by correctly answering consecutive questions. Big B reads out the following question for him: Which of these words does not become the name of an Indian State when the word "pradesh" is added?

The options were A) Uttar B) Andhra C) Purvanchal D) Arunachal and the right answer was C) Purvanchal.

Vimal manages to answer it and wins the amount. For the next question of Rs 20,000 a song 'Apni Toh Paathshaala' was played from the film Rang De Basanti and the participant was asked to guess the monument shown in the clip. The question was: Which monument are the people in this video clip saluting? The correct answer was: A) India Gate

Vimal answered it and Amitabh Bachchan goes on to appreciate the film and the actors. He even recommends Vimal to watch the film.
