Friday's episode of KBC opened with a tremendous poem by Amitabh Bachchan. Sharmila Gargain, who came from Vadodara, Gujarat, was seated on the hot seat at the beginning of the game. On Thursday, Sharmila had won a sum of Rs. 3 thousand and she started the Friday game with a question of Rs. 5000.

The question of 5 thousand was about the dance arts, after which Sharmila told that she too has learned this dance form. Sharmila, who had done her MA in music, was late to tell that Amitabh had made a request to her which she had rarely done to anyone before on the set of the show. Amitabh requested Sharmila to do kathak steps on KBC's theme music. After this, KBC's famous theme music played on the set, on which Sharmila performed Kathak postures in the best manner. While Sharmila was performing, Amitabh was seen smiling the whole time.

When Sharmila completed the performance, Big B also praised her. Sharmila said that she is called as a 'Chhoti Bachhi' in the house. The conversation between Sharmila and Amitabh continued during the game at KBC and the two praised each other a lot. Sharmila said that she is very appreciative of Amitabh and coming on the sets of KBC is like a dream come true for her.
