SJ Suryah and Amitabh Bachchan started their Tamil-Hindi bilingual ‘Uyarntha Manithan’ in April.  The announcement came in as a surprise towards the end of 2018 and the makers had released the Bollywood superstar’s look from the film last month. But now it looks like all is not well with the team. Big B is said to be upset with the financial management of the producers and the other arrangements.  A source close to the unit tells indianexpress.com, “The shooting has been postponed due to unknown reasons. But SJ Suryah is trying his best to make things smooth. Bachchan sir already shot for a couple of days, and had a great time. It is not shelved yet.”

Following this, S J Suryah, in a statement, said, “There is a small issue between production company and bigB Saab …. will sort it out and take it forward…. after monster release I will go to Mumbai to sort out those issues and take it forward….”

He added: “Myself and dir Tamilvaanan have already sorted so many issues to take it to this stage …. where we got the great tweet on the 3rd day of the shoot from big B Saab out of love and respect for our work …. ignore negativity..”
