Jaipur: Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has given a statement regarding Khalistan supporter Amritpal Singh. Attacking Amritpal, he said that it was wrong to demand a new nation on the basis of religion. Just as Mohan Bhagwat is demanding Hindu Rashtra, similarly, Amritpal Singh is demanding Khalistan in Punjab. Gehlot said that today politics is being played in the name of casteism and religion in the country.

Chief Minister Gehlot said that Amritpal Singh is saying that if Mohan Bhagwat and Narendra Modi talk about the Hindu nation, then why should I not talk about Khalistan? Attacking Prime Minister Modi and Mohan Bhagwat, Gehlot said that Amritpal's courage has increased because of both of you. Because you talk about Hinduism. Attacking Sachin Pilot, CM Ashok Gehlot said in gestures that if our government is formed again, I will become the CM. He said that I had never demanded to become CM. When the Gandhi family saw that all castes loved me, they made me the CM.

The resentment between Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot in Rajasthan does not seem to be ending. As soon as the assembly elections were announced in Karnataka, Congress leader Sachin Pilot once again showed a tough attitude. A day before, he said that the Congress leadership will have to settle the issues soon, and only then will the Congress return to the state. Not only this, he lashed out at his own government and said that government posts should not be distributed like hawkers; only senior Congress workers should get a place.
