Jammu: A high-level court of inquiry is being held in connection with the encounter on July 18 in Emsipora area of Shopian district in south Kashmir. Statements of key witnesses have been recorded. 3 youths who went to Shopian in Kashmir from 2 villages of Kotori area of Rajori have gone missing. The report of the disappearance of a young man's father has been lodged in the police post located in the victim. According to the information received, Abrar Ahmed son Bagga Khan of Dhar Sakri of Kotranka, Imtiaz Ahmed son Sabar Hussain, and Abrar Ahmed son Mohammad Yusuf resident of Tarakassi went to the Kashmir Valley on July 16 for wages.
