Anu Aggarwal's entire life devastated by an accident

Today is the birthday of actress Anu Aggarwal who became famous from Mahesh Bhatt's superhit movie Aashiqui. Born on January 11, 1969, Anu is celebrating her 53rd birthday today. Every artist working in the movie dreams of Anu's success from Aashiqui. However, this success did not last long. No one can say when a star will be tarnished in the dazzling world of Bollywood. Something similar happened to Anu. Anu is now away from the limelight.

It was while studying in Delhi that Anu was given her first break by Mahesh Bhatt in his movie 'Aashiqui.' At the age of just 21, Anu garnered a lot of accolades and had become an overnight star. After which she also appeared in movies like 'Ghazab Tamasha,' 'King Uncle', 'Kanyadaan,' 'BPL OA,' and 'Return to Jewel Thief,' but like Aashiqui, these movies did not do well at the box office.

And then came the time that Anu still remembered. In a road accident in 1999, Anu not only lost her memory completely but also became paralyzed. She was in a coma for about 29 days. Anu recovered after nearly three years of treatment and efforts. After the condition improved, Anu decided and donated all her property and became a yoga teacher. Now, away from the glamour world, Anu is going to the slums and teaching free yoga to poor children. Anu Aggarwal has also written his autobiography 'Anusual: Memoir of a Girl Who Came Back from the Dead' to make everyone face to face with her story. Anu Aggarwal has not even married. She teaches play to children and lives in Bihar.
