There’s a reason when you are asked to be  sure about what you choose. A big reason why they ask you to choose people around you wisely. Surveys and studies regarding the same suggested that people who are into an on-off sort of relationship, are way more exposed to mental stress than the others.

The weakening of a relationship is often caused due to higher rates of abuse, poorer communication and lower levels of commitment. Well, more than anything else, it clearly imposes a great risk to your mental health.

On-off relationships might sound really cool to you and casual enough, but you may not realize that the kind of trap they build for you’re your liitle progressive mind is inescapable. Coming together after you’ve broken up and continuing the cycle may prove extremely harmful to the peace of your mind and it also in a way tends to push you towards a state of concern, “Depression”.

Breaking  up often leads to your partner realizing your importance and therefore may prove prove beneficial for the time being, while an unstable relationship can affect a major part of your lifestyle, including  your career. Hence, make efforts that you may proceed towards a more stable and happier relationship and if that does not come true, ending things would be a better option.
