Lucknow: A couple was crushed by an unknown vehicle in a gruesome accident on Friday in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. After getting the information of the accident, the police reached the spot and took the dead body of the husband and wife and took it for postmortem. Police is trying to find out from which vehicle the accident happened by digging footage of CCTV cameras installed around it.

According to the information, this accident happened in front of Khurdhi Bazar petrol pump of Sushant Golf City area. It is said that the lawyer, resident of the area, went for a walk with his wife in the morning. Those people had reached in front of the Khurdahi market petrol pump that an unknown vehicle crushed them. The vehicle went out crushing the lawyer and his wife. Nearby people rushed towards the spot. People were going to the trauma center with the injured lawyer and his wife.

While going to the trauma center, the lawyer and his wife died on the way. Local people informed the police about the accident. Police reached the information and took the body of the lawyer and his wife in possession and sent it for postmortem. The police is investigating the accident. Along with the petrol pump, CCTV cameras installed around it are also examining the footage. It is feared that the accident may have happened due to high speed. The police is trying to identify the vehicle from which the accident happened.
