Lockdown imposed to prevent corona. However, everything is not completely open in the country but the wine shops were opened. Long lines were started in front of the wine shops. To keep people far away, shells were also made and it was said that the public should consider it as Lakshman Rekha. But when the public started crossing the Laxman Rekha, some shopkeepers have taken out the indigenous jugaad to distance. Many of his videos are also going viral on social media. Anand Mahindra has shared a video of one of them, which the public is very fond of.
In this video, it can be seen that a man is standing outside the 'beer shop' but due to Coronavirus, the shopkeeper has made such a jugaad, with the help of which he takes money from the customer without coming in contact and also gives the goods.
Under this jugaad, the shopkeeper has placed a large pipe from the shop counter and kept it a few meters away. Photos and videos of such jugaad related to social distancing are coming to light.
This clip’s been circulating for a bit. Clever, but crude,so it points to an opportunity for aesthetic ‘contactless’ storefront design. The future is Bluetooth-enabled shelf-browsing+chute-enabled cash exchange & delivery to your waiting hands/car. @PininfarinaSpA @tech_mahindra pic.twitter.com/gGF2jUYs7l— anand mahindra (@anandmahindra) June 14, 2020
