New Delhi: The Congress has launched a sharp attack on the press conference of Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. The Congress described the Finance Minister's press conference as inadequate and disappointing. The party said that the Finance Minister is oblivious to the real crisis of the economy and he has no roadmap. Speaking to the media, senior Congress leader Anand Sharma said that if the same situation persists, the country may have to face a huge crisis on the economy front within a few months. He told the Finance Minister that, he has got the responsibility of driving the country's economy forward. They should not drive in reverse gear.

He claimed, 'The government has no vision. Nothing happened after the announcement that was made on 23 August. The situation has deteriorated rather than improved. Vehicle sales are steadily declining. Millions of jobs have gone away. ' Talking to reporters, he said that the press conference of the country's Finance Minister was disappointing and dull. In view of the country's economic situation and the crisis, such a move was expected to make things right and start afresh.

But no such step has been taken so that it seems that the economy is moving in the direction of recovery from the crisis. He claimed that the Finance Minister is unaware of how the economy will be brought out of this crisis. Referring to the statements of Finance Minister and Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, he said that the statements of the ministers have shocked the country. They are blaming the youth for the crisis. The Finance Minister did not even apologize for this. No minister has done such a big insult to the people of the country.
