Ananya Panday’s debut film Student of the Year 2 has recived lukewarm response at the box-office. However, The 20-year-old, managed to impress the audience with her  sparkling screen presence and confident dialogue delivery, has managed to make a mark. Ananya is on cloud nine with all the love coming her way. The actress, in a tweet on Thursday, reciprocated the praise she has been showered upon.

Ananya took to Twitter and wrote,  “SHREYA She’ll always be super close to my heart So thank you for accepting her fire (and desire) Forever grateful for all the love coming towards the film and Shreya (and me) Go watch SOTY2 !!! Book ur tickets now”

De De Pyaar De star cast promote film in New Delhi

Talking about BO collection, SOTY 2 is struggling at the box-office. The campus drama, directed by Punit Malhotra of I Hate Luv Storys fame, took six days of run to complete its half century. Its total collection currently stands at Rs 53.88 crore.

On the work front, Ananya, daughter of Bhavana and Chunky Pandey, will be seen next in Pati Patni Aur Woh. The film, co-starring Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles, will be directed by Mudassar Aziz of Happy Bhag Jayegi fame. It will hit the screens on December 6 this year.
