Ayushmann Khurrana’s AndhaDhun has done a great business in India. The film got praised from the audience and critics as well. Sriram Raghavan directorial is making waves in China and has already made Rs 72.72 crore in that market and if it progresses at this rate, it will soon overtake its lifetime collections in India.
The film achieved the feat in a span of just four days. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the film is a thriller laced with black humour. In the film, Ayushmann Khurrana plays a piano player who pretends to be blind. He gets caught in a crime and his life turns topsy-turvy. Tabu plays the scheming murderess in the film and was flawless. AndhaDhun was the highest rated Indian film on IMDB in 2018. The film looks set to beat the lifetime collections of Baahubali 2 in China. The Indian extravaganza had made only 11 million dollars there.
Andhadhun film is co-written and directed by Sriram Raghavan. Produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Matchbox Pictures (Kewal Garg and Sanjay Routary), the film stars Tabu, Ayushmann Khurrana and Radhika Apte and tells the story of a piano player who unwillingly becomes embroiled in the murder of a former film actor. Its script was written by Raghavan, Arijit Biswas, Pooja Ladha Surti, Yogesh Chandekar and Hemanth Rao.
