Visakhapatnam: Four people in a car were burnt to death in a road accident in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. The accident occurred when a high-speed car going from Bangalore to Palmaneru fell suddenly due to unbalance near Gangavaram and a fire broke out in it.
