For the Polavaram project, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday met Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and requested for a speedy fund distribution for the project to be completed. Apart from this project, many other issues are also being discussed as other projects related to the Krishna River among other leaders.

Let us share briefly for your information, but the Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on September 15 said the Central Government was working to release funds related to the Polavaram project to Andhra Pradesh soon. Sitharaman said the central government had received a CAG audit report on the project.


The Union Government Minister made clear about his stands and efforts in this regard and said that in the Rajya Sabha, the state finance minister was in discussion and she was also in talks with the Union Ministry for clearing the outstanding amount. .
