Hyderabad: In Andhra Pradesh, a train crashed into a big accident when its engine left the bogie and went ahead. However, at the right time, the passengers of the train came to know about it and informed the Railways. In fact, at about 6 p.m. on Monday (19 August), the engine of the Vishakha Express train from Bhubaneswar to Secunderabad suddenly left its bogies and went ahead about 10 km.

The incident took place between Narsinghpatnam railway station and Tuni railway station when the link rods between the train's bogies and the engine broke down. After some time, the passengers found that they had no engine with train wagons, and everyone's breath just stopped. The passengers immediately informed the railway authorities. The incident happened around 6 p.m. on Monday. After some time, the driver found out that there were no train wagons behind his engine.

The driver then proceeded with the engine back to the same place where the train bogies were left behind. The bogies were reconnected with the engine with the help of technicians. After a while, the train left for its destination. The Visakha Express runs from Bhubaneswar to Secunderabad. Monday evening at around 04:30, the train left Visakhapatnam. But at 6 p.m. near Narsinghpatnam Road Station, the train bogies got separated from the engine. Railways have ordered an inquiry into the incident.
