Sub-Inspector D. Ramesh of Sattenapally has been suspended in the case of death of Sheikh Mohammed Gaus in Andhra Pradesh's Guntur district amidst Corona crisis. He is accused of stopping the deceased at the checkpost. The Andhra Pradesh Police has given information about this by tweeting. Along with this it also said that the investigation of the case is still going on.

A person had filed a complaint in this case regarding Sheikh Mohammed, after which the DGP ordered a departmental inquiry. However, in the complaint, the father of the deceased did not make any allegations against the police. Following the directions of the Supreme Court on his complaint, the investigation has started. Apart from this, the police also mourned the unfortunate death of Sheikh Mohammed.

Sheikh Mohammed, who was the victim of death in this incident, was suffering from cyanotic heart disease. He had this disease since childhood, for which his operation was also done. No injury marks have been found on the body of the deceased. The investigation of the case is currently going on.
