South African all-rounder Andile Phehlukwayo wants to play Test cricket regularly and wants to make his mark in this longest format of cricket. Felukwayo told Sports24, "I want to make an impact in the Test. This is the biggest and toughest place to play. If you are playing Test cricket, it is a real game for any cricketer. I have only played four Test matches. If I can play 100 Tests, it will be good for me. "
He said, "I mainly play limited overs cricket and the T20 World Cup is also coming to a close, so I have to concentrate on my consistent performance in white-ball cricket. The Test team is definitely a place where I want to be. I want to challenge myself, I want to stay in that place for as long as the team needs me. I want to compete. "
He said that the break in compulsion due to Covid-19 has given him full opportunity to work on his body which will help him to prolong his career. Andile Phehlukwayo said, "My biggest motivation is to try to be better and stronger. If I feel 10% or even 5% better, it will help to prolong my career."
