Actor Angad Bedi has been interested in sports along with acting. During his school and college days, he also played cricket with the Delhi team. His father, Bishan Singh Bedi, has also been the captain of the Indian cricket team. Angad recently participated in a running competition in which he won the silver medal. He achieved this feat in his very first professional race. Bedi completed the 400-metre race in just 66 seconds. Neha Dhupia's husband, Angad, is an actor as well as the father of two children.

He wrote, "Under the guidance of my mentor and coach, Brinston Miranda, I ran my first official 400-metre race on the field. I trained for almost a year for this day. I worked hard. Continuing his point, Angad Bedi said, "I was also nervous for this. Butterflies were flying in my stomach. I would like to thank my coach, who has shown faith in me". Apart from this, Angad has also thanked his physiotherapist. The actor has also shared a video in which he is seen with his coach. He also shared a photo of the medal.
