Angelina Jolie doesn't seem to be on pins and needles for her frightening custody trial with ex flame Brad Pitt, at least not when she's with her kids ... or some of them, in any case.

Recently Angelina was hanging out with three of her children Sunday in Los Feliz. She and her kids Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox took their pup for a saunter around the block  and Shiloh leading the way.

The older 3 of the bunch Maddox, Zahara or Pax were not  here but there were certainly no faces of sorrow on display within the dog-walking group .In fact, it was nothing but all smiles as far as fans noticed see and even the pooch looked  to be in good spirits.

The joyful family outing comes in the midst of a much darker backdrop as Angelina and Brad are heading to court to make a decision whether Angie gets sole physical custody of the 6 kids, or if it'll be a 50/50 split like Brad has desire. Brangelina custody trial is set to start on Dec. 4. It could take from 2 to 3 weeks and the judge will sort it all out later on.

Besides this there's more to be decided in their bitter divorce battle like property settlement -- which could get dreadful considering didn't have a prenup when Mr. and Mrs Smith stars got married.
