Hollywood superstar Keanu Reeves is seen getting trolled on Chinese social media for rumours of attending the Tibet House US Benefit Concert. According to media reports, China's social media users has also started a campaign to make Keanu's recent release movie The Matrix Reactions (Matrix-4) flop in China.

It has also had an impact on the commercial aspect of his movie. Prior to the news of attending the concert, The Matrix Reactions had done a business of 56 crores in China, but after this news, this business has been only 36 crores. The concert is scheduled to take place on March 3 at Tibet House as part of the 35th annual event, which is also being attended by Patty Smith, Trey Anastacio, Jason Isabel and Iggy Pop, including Keanu Reeves.

So far, there has been no statement from Keanu's side about it. China has previously banned many Hollywood people from speaking on human rights or meeting the Dalai Lama. Names like Lady Gaga, Brad Pitt, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Bon Jovi, Bjork, Bob Dylan and Richard Gere are on the list.
