Anita Hassanandani posted a photo of herself and her son Aaravv during a day out on Instagram in which she can be seen living her childhood. She spent as much time as she could with her son. On a cloudy day, she accompanied her son on a horse. Anita sported blue shorts and a white shirt.

In 2021, Rohit Reddy and Anita Hassanandani gave birth to a boy. She stated in an interview previously, "I had made the decision to leave the profession and let go of my work once I became a parent. My primary goal has always been to be a mother. Therefore, the pandemic is irrelevant since I would have left the industry regardless of the outbreak. I want to be with my child at home. In all honesty, I am not thinking about work right now. I'm not really sure when I'll be back."
