Noted actor Anjan Srivastava is celebrating his birthday today who is active in Hindi cinema. Anjan has acted in several cinema hits, including Jab Harry Met Sajal, Firangi. Anjan is a fan of this Bollywood superstar, it was revealed by Anjan Srivastava himself in an interview, and he is none other than King Khan of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan.
Senior actor Anjan Srivastava, who has worked together in Doordarshan's show 'Wagle Ki Duniya' and several movies, says Shah Rukh has always taken the work seriously. Anjan Srivastava recalls the old era and said that 'There was an episode with a police station in the world of Wagle. I was in the lead. The rest of the artists came episodically. Before Shah Rukh, Avinash Wadhwa was supposed to play the role but he refused to do the show for an episode at the same time. Kundan Shah got Shah Rukh at that time'.
He further added, 'Shah Rukh started the work immediately without showing tantrums. He always gave importance to work. The screen space is getting less or not. It never made any difference to them. I remember he used to tell us after every scene that I did the scene right. Then, even after the episode was broadcast, he was hungry to know what the audience was saying about him. People are liking their role or not'. Anjan Srivastava later worked with him in the film Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na and he says shah rukh had not changed even then. The hunger for work is still alive after many years.
