In the few weeks since the premiere of the new season, Bigg Boss 16 has grown to rank among the most popular television programmes. When Gautam Singh Vig won the previous captaincy task, he was named the head of the house. At this point, contestants are vying to become the new captain of the house and can be seen battling it out.

One of the contenders is Priyanka Choudhary, and Bigg Boss asks the other contestants to put obstacles in her path so she can win the task. Ankit works to assist Priyanka so that she can triumph as Archana pours water on her to block her.

Tina attempted to put obstacles in Priyanka's task, which led to an ugly spat between Ankit and Tina during the task. Ankit tries to apologise to Gori for the way she looked while she was sobbing uncontrollably. Everyone in the home tried to soothe Gori. She cried on, refusing to accept what was happening.
