Famous actress of the tv world Ankita Lokhande recently lifted the trophy of Star Plus' reality show "Smart Jodi". On this special occasion, Ankita also thanked her husband Vicky Jain for supporting her at every step of her life. In one of her interviews, Ankita said that if Vicky was not with her, she would have never been able to take a stand for her ex-boyfriend and late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Due to this, Ankita and Vicky were also trolled fiercely, but due to the support of the husband, she was able to ignore these trolls and move forward.

After Ankita and Vicky won the "Smart Jodi", they have been awarded the 'Golden Alliance' trophy and a cash prize of Rs 25 lakh from Star Plus. Balraj Syal and Deepti Tuli have been the runners-up of the show. In this show, Vicky had openly discussed about the time when Ankita's ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput died and Vicky had said on the stage of the reality show that this was the most difficult period for them as a couple.

In her interview, Ankita has further revealed that Sushant and he broke up in 2016 and in 2018, Ankita started dating Vicky. But, when Sushant passed away, the trolls started targeting Vicky. Trollers on social media started saying that Vicky should leave Ankita as she is good for Sushant. Due to this, Vicky was abused. It was not at all easy for a man to see his would-be wife talk about her ex-boyfriend in a television interview. Ankita further said that every day different stories were coming out about me and Sushant, along with Vicky, his family supported her and it was also a difficult time for the parents of both Ankita and Vicky. Ankita said that if there was another boy, he would have left, but Vicky stood there and became my strength. She told me, 'Whatever you like for Sushant, do it' and so I took a stand for Sushant.”
