Lucknow: The woes of Samajwadi Party(SP)'s Deoria-Kushinagar local body election (MLC) candidate Dr. Kafeel Khan seem to be mounting. Another case has been filed against them. A case has been registered against Dr. Kafeel in Sadar Kotwali on the complaint of ambulance driver Prakash Patel for obstructing government work.

Plaintiff ambulance driver Prakash Patel has accused Kafeel Khan of pretending to treat an injured woman by forcefully entering the ambulance even after she was declared dead in an emergency on arrival at the district hospital by ambulance. The video of the incident was also shared by Kafeel Khan on his Twitter. A case has been registered against the ambulance driver in this case.

On March 27, SP candidate Dr. Kafeel Khan tweeted, "While doing a regional tour in Deoria, I saw that a truck had hit a woman. Deoria was taken to Sadar Hospital but the blood was more drained and an immediate operation was needed. After first aid, he had to be referred to Gorakhpur, he was just sending him that Mishraji's mother was in a serious condition." In the next tweet, Kafeel Khan wrote, "Very sad yesterday those who were referred to Gorakhpur have passed away, the oxygen cylinder of the 108 ambulances in which Mishraji's mother was brought was empty, In Sadar Hospital Deoria, there was no bag, no laryngoscope, no ET tube, no life-saving medicine. Mishraji's mother also passed away." 

Let us know that the famous doctor of Gorakhpur, Kafeel Khan has been made the MLC candidate by the Samajwadi Party (SP) from Deoria-Kushinagar local body seat. Kafeel was suspended on the directions of CM Yogi in connection with the death of 60 children at BRD Hospital in Gorakhpur. In this case, he was in jail for several months.
