Agra: Another case has been filed against former minister Chaudhary Bashir at Mantola police station in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. He is alleged to have incited religious sentiments by releasing videos on social media. Attempts have been made to spread hatred between the two classes of people. This could have worsened the atmosphere. Police says that action will be taken of spreading communal hatred.
Inspector Incharge Shyam Singh Pilwan of Thana Mantola is the plaintiff in the case. It alleged that former minister Chaudhary Bashir had talked about objectionable things in the video and tried to spoil the atmosphere. His statement could have created a situation of dispute in two sections. Police have imposed sections 153A, 295A and 67 IT Act in the case.
In Dholikhar, after the illegal slaughterhouse was shut down in the past, the post officers of the All India Hindu Mahasabha arrived. The video of Chaudhary Bashir came out. He had said that the people of the organization should not dare to enter the Mantola area. People of all organizations objected to this. This video was reached to police officers. Many organization officials also shared his videos. Also before this, a video of Chaudhary Bashir was also revealed on Bakrid. Then he asked the people to set up a goat market. The same is now being investigated continuously by the police.
