Mumbai: Mumbai Police has filed another case of extortion against former CP Param Bir Singh. In fact, this case has been filed at Goregaon Police Station last night. It is being told that the complainant in the filed case is a businessman named Bimal Agarwal. Let us tell you that a case has been registered against former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh, sacked API Sachin Vaze, Sumit Singh alias Chintu, Alpesh Patel, Vinay Singh alias Bablu and Riyaz Bhati under sections 384,385 and 34 of IPC.

By the way, you must be aware that earlier Param Bir Singh has also been accused of demanding Rs 15 crore in lieu of settlement of cases and complaints. Actually, this serious allegation was made by a builder and he had lodged a complaint in this matter at Marine Drive Police Station. At the same time, apart from him, there were other police officers whose names were mentioned in the FIR. In such a situation, the Mumbai Police had registered this case under several sections. You all must be aware that Police Inspector Anoop Dange had also made serious allegations against Param Bir Singh.

In fact, he had said that 'He was suspended only after Param Bir's request.' Simultaneously, it was also alleged that Param Bir had demanded Rs 2 crore withdraw the suspension. Apart from this, many allegations of recovery have also been made against the former police commissioner. Recently, a lookout notice was also issued against Param Bir Singh. In such a situation, it is being said that Param Bir Singh will no longer be able to leave the country. Let us also tell you that apart from Param Bir Singh, lookout notices have been issued against many other accused as well. In all these cases it is alleged that along with Param Bir Singh these accused were also involved in the recovery case.
