Jammu: Crime has increased considerably in several states of the country for some time now, while another leader was shot dead in Kulgam in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday evening. The local leader's name is Ghulam Hassan Lone and he has also been the block president of PDP. Ghulam Hassan was currently in 'Apni Party.' The incident took place in the Deosar area of Kulgam.
