New Delhi: Following the death of Odisha health minister Naba Kishore Das after being shot in the chest,  now a 38-year-old mentally challenged man allegedly threatened to kill Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, police on Tuesday.

As per reports, the police allegedly received a call about the threat around 12.00 am.  No arrest has been made as the man is mentally challenged. 

Last week, Odisha health minister Naba Kishore Das was shot in the chest after which he was airlifted for treatment. He later succumbed to the bullet injury.

The case is being investigated by a crime branch team under the direction of DSP Ramesh Chandra Dora. According to the official statement, Inspector Jebanananda Jena, Scientific/Ballistic Experts of SFSL Bhubaneswar, is assisting DSP Dora. At Brajarajanagar, the entire crew is camped out as they look into the case.

A second team led by DSP Sishir Mishra and its members allegedly carried out an inquiry in Bhubaneswar, involving an inquest and an autopsy performed by a group of physicians from Capital Hospital, BBSR, after making adequate lighting arrangements. It claimed that the entire process had also been captured on video.
