The consumer generally creates an image of the product as its punchline suggests about it, but any time the good act not up to the mark as they define us. Uber cab driver has been arrested on the charges of misbehavior with a woman passenger. The accused, identified as Prem Kumar has been sent to judicial remand. The incident took place when a woman who hired the cab service was traveling to Airport but the driver slowed down the car when he reached the Outer Ring Road and misbehaved with her, starting from the rearview mirror. The driver reluctantly stopped the car after the woman screamed following which she got down and left. The woman later lodged a complaint via e-mail and the police arrested the accused. Meanwhile, the Uber management apologized over the incident and stated that the driver has been removed from the duties. Is that all that Uber can do for the serious incident, this can be happen again. Then what the same action?
This is not the first time Uber brand received such accused as the same thing happen before as per Internet star Mallika who was unhappy with the Uber Ride which was equal to the nightmare as she witnesses with the registered driver of Uber. Comedian and Internet star Mallika Dua took to this on social media Facebook to narrate a terrifying experience she had with an Uber driver in Mumbai. Claiming that Uber driver was verbally abusive and unreliable, she criticised the company in mocking terms for inadequate customer care in India. In a subsequent post, Ms. Dua wrote that while Uber India had promised "corrective action," she did not consider the matter resolved.
