One spoon
A glass of water
Some Ice Cube
Hot Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
a small cup

Clean the face with facewash and wipe with towels. Then dip the spoon in hot oil and massage it on the face. Apply light parking pressure with a spoon on the facial lines while massaging. Massage on the cheeks, on the forehead and on the chin in a circular motion.
