On Wednesday, the trailer of the most awaited biopic of the year'Sanju' has been released today. Ranbir fans, the point got to know that Ranbir is going to be the part of the movie as Sanjay Dutt got really anxious to see the end results.
The trailer of the movie got released today in Mumbai, which indeed portraits the hard and controversial life of Sanju Baba. The launching event was attended by Hirani with the cast including Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Sonam Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, reports Pinkvilla.
The actor who was missing from the launch event was Anushka Sharam. According to the sources, Anushka is currently shooting for Aanand L. Rai's Zero along with Shah Rukh Khan.
On Tuesday, the first look of Anushka's character in the movie had come out. While releasing the poster on his Twitter handler, Rajkumar Hirani tweeted, "And here is my dear friend Anushka. It’s a special appearance....but she worked on every nuance of the role for days together. Can anyone guess who she plays?....Will reveal tomorrow at the trailer launch."
As promised earlier, on the occasion of the trailer launch, when Rajkumar Hirani was asked the description of Anushka Sharam's role. On this, the filmmaker revealed, "Anushka is playing Abhijat Joshi and my role."
According to Hirani, Abhijaat is the co-writer of Sanju and he was also the writer of Dutt's movie Lage Raho Munna Bhai (2006).
Sanju is slated to release on June 29, 2018.
