Meanwhile, the famous superstar of Bollywood films Ranveer Singh is continuously working towards raising the problems faced by the deaf community. He has also been urging officials to recognize and announce Indian Sign Language as the 23rd official language of India.

Ranveer has always raised his voice on social issues and recently signed a petition aimed at raising awareness about ISL. Ranveer's independent record label 'InkInk,' which he has teamed up with Navzar Irani, has also released music videos in sign language. InkInk is the only record label to make such a progressive decision.

In view of Ranveer's efforts towards making the same Indian sign language an official language, the deaf community of India has wholeheartedly praised him and prepared a thank you video to express his gratitude. On the occasion of International Sign Language Day 2021, Ranveer has urged the youth to create an inclusive place for the deaf community.
