The bench of CJ Justice Arup Kumar Goswami and Justice Chagari Praveen Kumar issued the order. TDP spokesman Vidyasagar Pil has filed a petition seeking an inquiry into pink diamond. Mp Vijayasai Reddy, Tdp then PradhanMana Dikshit, then EOs IYR Krishna Rao, LV Subrahmanyam and others were included as defendants in the personal capacity.
