Ludhiana: Corona infected patients are not getting beds in hospitals. In such a situation, patients infected with corona will now be able to get information about the availability of beds. The district administration has prepared to launch an app linked to it. It is being told that the Google sheet has also been ready for this. According to the received information, through this app ordinary people will be able to know how many beds are available in the hospitals. During Facebook Live, Deputy Commissioner Varinder Sharma talked about this app. He told, "If the beds appear empty in the app, then the hospital management cannot refuse to give a bed to the patient."

There was a case of death on the way to the civil hospital after spending many hours on the stretcher outside. Responding to that matter, DC said, "Notice has been issued to the hospital. Action will be taken as per law. Apart from this, DC said that private hospitals have been asked to arrange at least ten percent beds for the corona patient. Its number will be increased. Soon a hospital with a capacity of 200 beds will be arranged."

According to him, 178 beds are empty in major hospitals of the city. The lockdown will continue in the state on Sunday, a day before Rakhi, but in view of the festival, sweets and bakery shops will remain open.
