The company has removed 300 of its contractors who listened to audio clips by Apple in this case. Apple has taken this decision to maintain the privacy of its Serie Virtual Assistant users. The same 300 contractors that Apple removed listened to a thousand audio clips in one shift to improve the response and understanding of the serie. In the wake of the growing cases of privacy and data leaks, Apple has been forced to stop the program that introduces Serie. According to a report, these third party workers mostly listened to Canadian, Australian and UK English accents.

A spokesperson for Apple said: "We believe that we should treat everyone well and get the respect they deserve. This includes all suppliers we work with our applications. Apple is committed to the privacy of customers, so the decision to improve the Serie A is still being avoided. We will reconsider our policy for this."

Before that, Apple had to close its quality control program due to a worldwide privacy issue. Because a report in Guardian said that the company's third-party contractor was constantly listening to the voice of the series users. The report also said that these contractors also listened to conversations with users in private moments. Apart from Apple Serie, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa also listen to users.
