According to the report of the news agency Xinhua, Health Minister Fernando Ruiz confirmed this decision on Twitter late on Thursday night. Ruiz, however, has not set a date for the return of the men's and women's national leagues.
At the same time, Ruiz said, "I have just signed the Administrative Act, which starts. Training and football competitions have started in the country with the signature of the Home and Sports Ministers."
It has been learned that the football clubs of Colombia have been allowed to train in small groups under strict protocol since July.
