The famous stars of Bollywood films Anupam Kher and Archana Puran Singh shared an anecdote about a kissing scene from the 1989 film 'Ladaai.' Archana had revealed in the wake of an episode of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' why she refused to kiss Anupam Kher onscreen. Also, how she was impressed with Anupam Kher after Anupam Kher persuaded film director Deepak Shivdasani to delete the succession.
Archana said, "When we were shooting for the film 'Ladaai,' Deepak planned a kissing scene between me and Anupam. When I found out about it, I was completely scared, because I had never done an onscreen kissing scene before. I called Deepak and said that I will not be able to do it, but then what happened after that Deepak deleted the entire sequence, I don't know about it.''
During the shoot, Archana had asked Anupam whether he was nervous about kissing her after marrying Kirron Kher? To this Anupam said, "I was not afraid of Kiran, rather you were uncomfortable doing so, so I requested Deepak ji to remove it completely." Anupam was then on the show along with Bollywood actress Esha Gupta for the promotions of the film 'One Day: Justice Delivered.'
