To make buckwheat dosa, first put buckwheat flour in a bowl. Add caraway seeds, red chilli powder, ginger, and finely chopped green chilies to it and mix it. Then add water little by little and prepare a thin batter. Add a pinch of baking soda for crispiness. Stir the batter continuously so that there is not a single lump in it. Now take a pan and spray some oil on it. No oil will be needed on nonstick pans. Heat the pan by putting it on the gas. When it becomes hot, put a little cumin in it. After this, spread a spoonful of the batter all over the pan. Turn it over and let it roast on the other side as well. Now serve the dosa hot with mint or coconut chutney.
