Bhopal: Congress MLA Arif Masood has raised questions and objected to the issuance of letters of Madhya Pradesh Congress to celebrate Ram Navami and Hanuman Janmotsav. Masood has questioned the state Congress that if he issued a letter for Ram Navami, why refrain from Ramzan? Congress MLA Arif Masood said that the Hindu category of the Congress always follows Ram Navami and Hanuman Janmotsav very well. Issuing letters to celebrate it is not right for political parties. Arif Masood said that if such a circular is issued for Ram Navami and Hanuman Janmotsav, then why to leave Ramzan. That is my objection.

Arif Masood said that the issuer of such a letter should tell him the purpose. In my view, it's wrong. Because my partner is going on Navratri, he is keeping a fast, I am fasting in Ramadan. It's always been keeping that. What is the need to issue a letter in it? Arif Masood said that by issuing such letters, Congress is giving an opportunity to the opposition. He said Congress is an ideological party that takes everyone along.

On the same issue, Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that congress' relationship with Muslims is limited to vote banks only. Arif Masood, the lone MLA of the Congress, should introspect. Congress leaders are going to the temple on the days of iftari, here is the good day. The State Congress has sent a letter to the office bearers of all the cities to celebrate Ram Navami and Hanuman Janmotsav in a grand manner. It has asked the workers on the day of Ram Navami on April 10 to perform Ram Katha, Ramlila and the celebrations of worship of Lord Shri Ram and to perform a beautiful Kanda on hanuman Janmotsav. At the same time, on the occasion of Hanuman Janmotsav on April 16, Hanuman Chalisa and Sundar Kand have been recited. For this, a letter has been written to the district presidents, block Congress presidents, MLAs, former MLAs and Lok Sabha candidates and office bearers of the morcha organization.
