Hyderabad: An Army Major has been arrested by the Hyderabad Police in his relation with the death of his wife who committed suicide in a dowry case.The victim was found hanging at their official quarters in Bolarum area.

As per the  Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) North Zone, Hyderabad B Sumathi, the Major was posted under 54th Infantry Division and his wife was a radio jockey.

The Victim's family members says that the  Major had been harassing her for dowry following which a case has been registered under section 304 (B) and SC/ST Act.
